SHIPPING POLICY

*Due to the Christmas season, delays can be expected once shipped. This means international parcels may take up to 28 working days, and UK orders may take up to 14 working days to arrive. Please be patient and track your shipping via the appropriate website as listed below. We are not responsible for delays in transit.*

Unless stated otherwise, all UK and international orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days and sent as either 1st or 2nd class tracked shipping as selected at the checkout. A tracking number will be provided via email where your parcel can be tracked on the Royal Mail website.

For large parcels (larger than 46x46x61cm), parcels are sent via courier for both UK and international parcels. Large UK orders can be expected to arrive within 5 working days, whilst international orders are sent as tracked economy which may take up to 28 days. Orders can be be tracked via the provided website using the tracking number emailed after your purchase.  

PLEASE NOTE: Orders provided with and an incorrect address will be charged an additional shipping fee to cover the cost of resending the parcel.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refunds are not accepted except in the unlikely instance that the piece has been damaged in transit. If your item has been damaged in transit, please email pictures of the damage to info@amberemmi.com within 14 days of receiving the piece. From there, the issue will be resolved via email communication. Thank you.
