SHIPPING POLICY

*As of 11th December 2024, we no longer ship to countries within the EU and NI due to new customs regulations. Thank you to all valued collectors located within the EU and NI who have purchased work over the years, we hope to be shipping to you once again in the near future *

*Please be patient and track your shipping via the appropriate website as listed below. We are not responsible for delays in transit.*

Depending on your country, there may be an import fee to customs for the receiver to pay before the parcel may be delivered. Import fees are the responsibility of the receiver to pay. If parcels are refused by the receiver due to import fees, a refund will be given equal to the cost of the print/ painting, but not covering the cost of shipping.

Once the package is marked as 'delivered' on the tracking page, we are not responsible for misplaced or stolen packages.
If parcel is stolen, please contact the mail theft department of the shipping company (postal system or courier) for further directions. We are not responsible for mail theft or vandalism.

Unless stated otherwise, all UK and international orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days and sent as either 1st or 2nd class tracked shipping as selected at the checkout. A tracking number will be provided via email where your parcel can be tracked on Royal Mail's website.

For large parcels (larger than 46x46x61cm), parcels are sent via courier for both UK and international parcels. Large UK orders can be expected to arrive within 5 working days, whilst international orders are sent as tracked economy which may take up to 28 days. Orders can be be tracked via the tracking number found in the shipping confirmation email sent once your parcel has been dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders provided with and an incorrect address will be charged an additional shipping fee to cover the cost of resending the parcel if the correct address is not provided before dispatch.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refunds are not accepted except in the unlikely instance that the piece has been damaged or lost in transit. If your item has been damaged in transit, please email pictures of the damage to info@amberemmi.com within 14 days of receiving the piece. From there, the issue will be resolved via email communication. Thank you.

PRIVACY POLICY

 

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

 

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

 

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Services;

  2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

We are hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by us adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
