FAQ

  • Do you offer custom pieces/ commissions?
    To enquire about a commissioned painting please email info@amberemmi. I offer custom paintings in my usual style (seascapes/ landscapes) in varying sizes. These can either be from a reference photo, a similar piece to previous work I've created, or simply an idea. Please email with your idea and I'll do my best to bring your idea to life on the canvas :)
  • When will my order arrive?
    UK 48 tracked shipping may take 2-4 working days, whilst 24 tracked shipping should take between 1-2 working days after dispatch (prints are dispatched within 2-5 days of ordering, whilst originals are dispatched within 7-10 days from he date of purchase). To track your order, please refer to the shipping confirmation email which is sent once an item has been dispatched- this email may appear in your spam /junk folder. International shipping may vary depending on delays since all orders are sent from the UK and may be subject to delays in transit. Delays in transit may take up to 6 weeks before they are released which is out of the artist's control. International orders can be tracked on the royal mail website (for small orders) or the provided courier's website (larger parcels) which is specificied in the shipping confiration email (please check your spam folder if you have not seen it in your inbox).   • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship world-wide and international shipping fees are applied and calculated at the checkout.
  • What are your returns policies?
    The shipping & returns policies are stated on the Shipping& Returns policies page which can be found here
  • What happens if my painting is damaged in the post?
    Every precaution is taken to prevent this from happening and paintings are always packaged in accorance with the shipping provider's guidlines. However, in the instance that this does happen, please email info@amberemmi.com with proof (pictures) of the damage so steps can be taken to resolve this problem via a refund or replacement within 14 days of recieving your piece, thank you.
  • When will you have more pieces in stock?
    Unless stated otherwise, shop updates happen every Sunday at either 12pm or 6pm GMT, with the exact time being released in an instagram story a few days before. A reminder can be set by clicking the countdown in the story.
  • Do you restock paintings?
    Only prints will be restocked. Original paintings are only painted once and unfortauntely will not be restocked.
